1. If the color is can be customized?
It is natural white color,Use oil paint could be paint any color after installation.
2. When we can ship goods after place an order?
Delivery time is about 10-15 days as per order qty. such as 500sqm,delivery time is 5 days.
3. What surface we can install this 3D wall paper?
For glue type 3D PVC wall panel. Any glossy surface without oil,dirt, the best basal material is wood panel.
4. What glue or adhesive we can use?
Any strong adhesive or glue can be used to stick our 3D wall board,if there is some gap
between two pcs,you can use putty powder and White latex mixed material. Or use colored mosaic grouting material to fill the gap.
5. How we can received a sample and what is our sample policy?
We can provide free sample to testing or evaluating. The shipping charges by courier should be bear by customer.But this shipping cost can return back t from official order.
6. What is our payment Term?
30% payment in advance,the balance paid against copy of shipping documents is our standard payment term,but we can also accept D/P,western Union,L/C as per different order situation.
