What is Polyurethane?
Polyurethanes are a general term that is used for a wide range of polymers but they are specifically high molecular weight polymers which are based on Isocyanate chemistry.
PU/Polyurethane mouldings refers to the PU synthetic raw materials production mouldings. Only needs a simple modification formula, and a different density, flexibility, rigidity, and other physical properties can be obtained. The PU material is superior to wood in many ways. It can be cut, nailed, and installed just like wood molding. But unlike wood, Polyurethane will not rot, crack, splinter, or absorb moisture.

Our polyurethane products are widely used in: house decoration, villas, hotels, restaurants, stores,salon, nightclubs, dance recreation, disco bar, churches, temples, companies, offices, conference and exhibition hall, shopping malls and other places of all indoor and outdoor. ( mostly used indoor )
How to install it:
1.Prepare the tools (nails,adhesive,cutting machine,pen,Block of wood etc)
2.Make sure the place you want to fix the beam.mark it with pen.
3.Fix block of wood in right place,the length match to beam inside width.
4.Cutting the beam to right size.
5.Put glue in border of beam
6.put beam to ceiling,also match to wood block
7.Nail the connection of beam and wood block.
Note: Before measuring or cutting, we highly recommend that you let the beams sit at room temperature for at least 24 hours so they can acclimate to the temperature of the room. It's best to cut them a little long so they will be tight when installed in place between your walls.
