What is WPC?
WPC stands for "wood-plastic composite" which is a composite material that combines the qualities of timber with the advantages of plastics.
This is a high quality, thermo-plastically processed mixture of wood fibres and plastic components. WPCs are usually produced from up to 80% wood fibres combined with plastics such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) together with additives, including bonding agents, anti-UV agents and colour pigments.
WPC products are widely used for outdoor decking. According to the German nova-Institute, sales of these products currently represent 6% of the patio decking market.
As an ecologically responsible alternative to tropical hardwoods, WPC is likely to become increasingly popular in future.

1. Put the handrail,nail the plastic accessory on it and put small post.
2. Make the whole in Step 1 upside down,keep certain distance to nail plastic accessory.
3. Put long post.
4. Put the other side.
5. Nail 4x4 mental bracket.
6. Put the base cover.
7. Two nails for Plastic accessory and put horizontal post.
8. Nail fix and put post cap.Finished.

1. Will the wood-plastic material fade?
Every colored material will have more or less tendency to fade, including wood-plastic material. While the new wood-plastic composite in our company is respectively stable. At the beginning it will fade a little. While in the later period, it will gradually stabilize not to fade at all.
2. How to clean wood plastic deckings?
It's better to use soap-suds to brush it.
3. What is the export port?
Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
4. Do WPC products need painting? What color can you provide?
As the difference with the wood, WPC products themselves own color, they need not extra painting. Generally, we provide 6 main colors as Teak, chocolate, ricewhite, red wood, coffee, light grey, black. And also, we can make special color per your request.
